Eastwood 'Mocks' Jenner, Hollywood Uproar Ensues

Bruce Jenner is an American television personality and former Olympic champion track and field athlete.  He now says he is a woman but has kept his dick.  Jenner appears to be a Republican but it is the Left who have covered him with figurative hugs and kisses.  His delusion is great food for their love of "change".  I am putting up a comment by Mark Steyn on the big celebration on today's  POLITICAL CORRECTNESS WATCH

Iconic actor Clint Eastwood made the terrible mistake of stepping outside the bounds of political correctness during the taping of Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards. The self-described libertarian, who has been in Hollywood timeout ever since he eviscerated Barack Obama in his illustrious “empty chair” rendition at the 2012 Republican National Convention, was introducing Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson when he made an obscure — or what the Leftmedia is calling “insensitive” — reference to Bruce "Caitlyn" Jenner.

According to HollywoodLife.com, Eastwood “compared the San Andreas star to former athletes who have become actors, like ‘Jim Brown and Caitlyn Somebody.’”

The audience didn’t find it very funny, and neither did Spike TV. The network says it “will remove the reference in the version that will air” June 18. Aside from the obvious question — what exactly was so derogatory about Eastwood’s remark? — there lies a double standard.

Liberals thought it was hilarious when Barack Obama used the “lipstick on a pig” reference against Team McCain in 2008, and they smirk every time Democrats describe right-wingers as terrorists, to name just a couple. In other words, not only must we call Bruce a girl, but we must not make fun of him or any other protected class; meanwhile, the Right is fair game.

Until Bruce get the male plumbing rearranged he is still a he regardless of all the hormone treatments and breast enhancements. I understand there will be a lot of psychological work needed before that surgery occurs. I also understand from what I have read, that a significant percentage of unhappy people who go through with the surgery are still unhappy afterwards.
If he still has his penis, he's just a guy in drag as far as I am concerned...

Anon 9:55 - It's in the DNA, the Y chromosome makes him a male and any thoughts or surgery to look otherwise is simply delusion in action.

Others supporting people making changes like that are enablers who ought to be helping instead of supporting something that rarely ever works out.

As mentioned, a full "sex-change" operation often makes the subject even more unhappy as it seldom provides the psychological "answer" afterall, or the ability to fully live like somebody of the opposite sex. Better to keep the options open and just be a transvestite and maybe with some minor hormone treatment.

Why do you people care about a has-been like Jenner? Go chase the kids off your lawn.

People care about Jenner because he is being portrayed as some sort of heroic figure in America.

ESPN decided to give Jenner the Arther Ashe Courage Award over Lauren Hill, who lived her last says on this earth striving to fulfill her dream of playing college basketball. She died of brain cancer, all the time trying to be an inspiration to others as well as raising money for cancer research to fight that which took her life at the 19.

ESPN also passed over Iraq veteran Noah Galloway, who lost most of an arm and a leg fighting, but still competes in extreme sports and almost won this season's "Dancing With the Stars."

Hill and Galloway are people we can look up to and legitimately call "heroes": and role models.

Jenner and his dysfunctional family and life are not something anyone should celebrate or call "courageous."

This isn't about "get of the grass," but then again, I am pretty sure you don't really care about that and are instead trolling for comments.

Any publicity is good publicity. You and your ilk are feeding their celebrity. You are delusional if you believe otherwise.

Not really. There has to be voices against those who think Jenner should be celebrated as a hero.

The publicity is already out. So while you quietly sit by approving of Jenner and his fawning minions, you are actually adding to the problem.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."

Have fun on the sidelines.

Now, where did I state that I approve of Jenner et al? Nowhere! What they do is their business, not mine. You* people make a business of butting in to other's lives. You say that you want smaller government and to get the government off the backs of people, yet you make laws that restrict anyone not like you or your beliefs (e.g. abortion rights, voting rights, etc. etc.). Clearly, you have shown me that you are delusional. Get back on your meds. Have a nice day.
