Bras Are Now Racist Because They Come in ‘Nude’
The editorial board of a college newspaper has declared that bras are racist because they come in colors named “nude,” since non-white people’s skin isn’t that color when they’re nude.
“How would it make you feel that the fashion industry and society at large has based its ideal of nude on Caucasian people? That the color of your skin doesn’t count as ‘nude’?” asks the staff editorial, published by the Oklahoma Daily, the official newspaper of the University of Oklahoma.
The board used the same reasoning to conclude that that “nude” makeup, “flesh-colored” clothing, and Band-Aids were also racist.
The piece referred to the bra color name as one of the “subtle examples of racism” — often referred to as a “microaggression” — that apparently runs rampant in our society today.

Some of us put our "big boy" pants on and learn to ignore the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to.
Others whine.
Some pinheads have far too much time on their hands. What a world they must live in to have something like this be their biggest worry.
Uh-oh, does Crayola still have "flesh" colored crayons?
just more whining from the perpetually offended!
Actually "Professionally Offended" is more appropriate because that is what it is, a profession. al sharpton, jessie jackson, rosie odonnel, michael moore, etc. are the ultimate practitioners.

To paranoid liberals everythings racsist in their little pea sized brains
Raise your hands if "nude" matches your skin color?
Anyone?
Oh, so sorry your skin looks that horrible.
Even amongst Caucasians skin tone varies markedly.
This is an exercise in stupidity
I object to being called white. Yes, my skin is paler than others in my community but it is not white. Perhaps I should be referred to as nude by skin colour since other members of my community insist on doing by referring to themselves as black. Funny how black as a skin colour includes shades whiter than my skin purely because of their racial identity rather than their actual skin tone.
I believe that black women can buy black bras which would be nude for them.
Would "lacy nude" be a color?
Nude to me means naked. Where does color come into play?
