White men must not wear turbans?
A [British] headmaster is facing calls to resign after he posted a picture on Facebook of himself wearing a turban with the caption: ‘Nearly gone native in Leicester.’
Dr Tim Luckcock, 49, is head of Uplands junior school in Highfields, Leicester – a city where fewer than half of the population consider themselves white British.
He is thought to have posted the picture as a joke, but it has been seized on by members of his staff who say it is ‘inappropriate’ in a ‘multi-faith school’.
A spokesman for the Leicester Sikh Alliance said: ‘We applaud anybody who is seeking a different religious experience in the genuine quest for understanding and appreciation.
‘But it is incumbent that such an exercise should be performed with respect and not in satire.’
Dr Luckcock, a father of two, said last night: ‘The picture was taken at a school Divali celebration more than a year ago. ‘Most members of staff were wearing similar headgear or Indian clothes.

Satire is long-established in British culture, so ought not be over-criticized, especially in Britain, whether or not that happens to be in a major enclave of (questionable) foreign immigration.

Unfortunately under PCpeak, one is not permitted to comment about which kind of people might want to blow you up. In a nonPC world, we'd chat for a couple of minutes about who it is, and then simply deport, imprison or shoot them. In a PCworld, anyone mentioning it gets silenced, and someone else gets blown up. Some time after, when everyone is either silenced or dead, the PCcrew will clean up the handy little crisis that let them get away with murder and robbery on a national/international scale. So, PC is BAD. Also, OP related, whatever happened to British Humour? (and the Aussie subset of it). If we can't laugh at ourselves, and each other, we may as well live as hermits in hermetically sealed bubbles....

BTW, i prefer neither. I've never heard anyone who's been PC'ized have anything intelligent to say. As for the 2nd, that won't happen as i'm a firm believer in, and practitioner of, the 2nd Amendment.

Yet making fun of Christians is almost a nation pastime at this point!
The Christians are lucky to get off with just "fun" after all the hate and cruelty they've dished out over the centuries and even today. (Jesus would be turning in his grave - oh that's right he vacated his tomb after a 3-day sleep-over).
Hint.....the ones that dished out the hate & cruelty weren't Christians, whereas the athiests that do these things are simply living out their natures. "You shall know them by their fruits". The Lord did warn us about fakes in the flock. As to you that attack Him and His people, even you will one day kneel before Him and confess His glory. And then go to your destiny. Don't complain, it's what you wanted.
