"Redskins": Liberals Told Us This Was a Racist Crisis. It Turns Out No One Really Cares
The economy is in the tank, America's enemies are on the march, and what are liberals worried about? The names of American football teams and the ability of perverts to access women's bathrooms where they can peep on children.
Americans care very much about the latter, but it turns out that no one cares at all about the former. As Fox News notes: "A recent national poll found that nine of 10 Native Americans aren't offended by the Washington Redskins name".
The poll conducted by the Washington Post indicated more than eight in 10 said they wouldn't be offended if someone who was not a Native American called them that name.
A federal judge ordered the cancellation of the Washington Redskins' trademark registration in July, ruling that their name may be disparaging to Native Americans. The club is appealing.
Ninety percent of the random national sample of 504 Native Americans said the name doesn't bother them; 9 percent said it was offensive. Native Americans make up about 2 percent of the U.S. population.
Of course Native Americans are indifferent. They, like millions of other Americans, have many other things to worry about

Liberals always want to ban everything that offended their delicate little eyes and ears words and names that offends them becuase liberals are totaly brain-dead stupid and rediculous
Leftist agitators take up what they think are offenses to others and then drum them up from nothing into something. The percentage that cared in that poll would not have been half as high as it was if not for all the people saying they ought to feel offended.
The other truth is that leftists don't actually care about the people they are agitating for, it is not about actual caring but only the appearance thereof.
What this shows is that 90% of native Americans do not care what a stranger calls them or consider redskin a neutral to positive appellation. Almost all of the native Americans I know who identify as being native Americans know and appreciate their culture and live within their beliefs which place little to no value on outside thoughts and ideas.

Leftists are addicted to feeling or pretending to feel self-righteous, they obsess about their image and status as the "good people", and through these fake portrayals they exert their true joy which is power and control over others, their petty thrill at having a restrictive effect on other's lives.
Their carry-on about the Redskins name being offensive is just part of their fake caring and authoritative personality condition, they are pretending to care and enjoying their restrictive effect on others.
