Cheeky new Hertz commercial

Support for Arizona? The open borders crowd will probably go ballistic!
"The television commercial features an obviously-in-love 20-somethings couple renting a Volvo C70 convertible, climbing into the car, and then encountering a number of potential travel destinations from which to choose on the screen of the car’s NeverLost® navigation system. Then, at the 19-second mark of the video, the couple selects Arizona — not Alabama, Alaska, Alberta or Arkansas — as their destination of choice.

Once word gets out about the ever-so-subtle message of this commercial, I expect members of the pro-illegal immigration crowd will demand Hertz officials pull the it (i.e., succumb to political correctness). Conversely, I hope Hertz® officials will decide to support the governor of the Grand Canyon State for taking decisive action after the federal government would not.

I'm with Arizona

Me too. If the federal government will not do anything about an invasion of hostiles into Arizona, then the state must.

How sad that the Governor, and 71% of the people of AZ. seem to be the only ones who want to see America stay a sovereign nation. There should be tens-of-millions of Americans protesting the pressure being put on AZ. by the radical left, and Marxist, pro-illegal organizations such as LaRaza.

For generations, the majority of Americans (mostly conservative and moderate) were refered to as the silent majority. That silence has cost us our country and our government. Soon, Americans will be foreigners in (what used to be) their own country. The time has come to stand up for what is right. If you choose not to, you give up the right to complain about what's coming.

most people are shortsighted, think it's not hurting them directly so why bother?
After all, it's not them loosing their job to or getting mugged by Mexicans...

And hey, they like tacos...

My daughter and me are headed off to Arizona in July.

Gonna see the Grand canyon and other great sights.

If I spy any wet-backs I'll report them to U.S. Attorney General Holder.

Once the "Americans" were the illegal immigrants in Arizona when it was part of Mexico. The pendulum swings!

Based on the polls I have seen, and the blogs I have read, I think a majority of Americans are behind Arizona. Unfortunately, or fortunately in this economy, most of those Americans are too busy working, so they don't have time to go out and organize protests. It is easy to get day workers to come out for a day, but salaried employees have a harder time to get out and make their voice heard.

Once, the vikings were illegal imigrants to england.

Once, muslims (moors) were illegal imigrants to Spain.

Do you have an actual point?

If you want to defer to previous rules, you have go go all the way.

When "Americans" were illegal immigrants in Arizon, they also got attacked by various groups. Are you advocating open warfare, expanding gun rights, etc.

Even in the 21st century there are population movements just as much as in every other century. It may take another form, but still sometimes involves violence and social upheaval.
