Yes, lawyers are truly special. In fact so much so, that they should get their own gallows erected in front of the court house, along side one for judges, where they can be publicly hanged for perverting, manipulationg, and disrespecting our judicial system.

I used to do part time work as an independent expert on electrical accidents and fires believed to be due to electrical causes. In that capacity, I was in court many times to advise attorneys who paid for my services.
I have watched many attorneys who lied and otherwise presented false evidence. Judges cannot do anyting about that in technical matters; it is up to opposing lawers to counter the falsehoods.

That crimes against ANY group rate special penalties vs. the same crime against anyone not in a "special" group is in fact a problem that should be solved (it's unconstitutional in fact) and this idiot thinks we ought to give more groups such "special" status.

They throw all the insults constantly and as soon as soon as you turn their own hate back on them they clam up and say "STOP MAKING FUN OF ME" like little kids and cry for censorship. Well, if you were right, (too bad you're not) we wouldn't have so-called "hate crimes" which were designed to give special protections to blacks and gays only.
I cannot believe this guy has the gall to complain about ridicule which is mostly deserved. Much harm to our society has been wrought by some lawyers. The worst of which reside in public office. Witness the financial disaster here in California and in Washington.

No it is not.
People legally have the right to represent themselves, but because of how the "system" has evolved, you pretty much NEED a lawyer for representation. Our justice system has become a system that requires lawyers only because it provides revenue for lawyers. It's a self-feeding system.
Lawyers are always whining about jokes - all the way to the bank.....
