Leftists think students are dumb

There would be few students who do not know what female genitals look like but equally few who DO know what aborted babies look like.  This is just an attempt to give offence

The University of Cincinnati has given the green light to a pro-choice group to put on an outdoor display of female genitalia posters on campus amid vocal opposition from anti-abortion activists.

The college’s LGBTQ Alliance and UC Feminists say the 12 photos of vaginas are meant to cause discussion aimed at discrimination and exploitation of women’s bodies.

The project called Re-envisioning the Female Body also wants to counter a pro-life demonstration on campus last year that featured giant posters of aborted fetuses.

Critics of the temporary display held Thursday and Friday have complained that is pandering obscenity, which is a felony, and could be viewed by young children.

University President Santa Ono called the event a ‘teachable moment,’ saying in a statement that UC is an academic community where ideas and images are analyzed and debated, however controversial and complex they might be.

Oh give me a break. I thought women were more than just "vaginas," but what did I know.

A woman is a life support system for a vagina.

If vagina posters might be seen by children, wouldn't seeing the aborted fetus posters be worse?!

As a counterpoint;

3-10-13: Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin challenged students at a Christian university to change the culture by infiltrating areas like journalism and Hollywood.

“Get out there and influence culture,” Palin said Friday at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla., according to The Ledger.

Palin, the Republican 2008 vice presidential candidate, took the nation’s political institutions to task, telling the students that Washington, D.C., was a “hotbed of cronyism” and that the “federal government is bloated, corrupt and out-of-control.”

“Cling to your God, your guns, your Constitution,” Palin said.

During the question-and-answer session, Palin drew loud applause when she said, “God deserves so much better than what we give him. What has happened when we can’t say his name in public?..."

She didn't lose. We did by not electing her.

3:55 AM - you may have lost, but the US won by not electing her and becoming the western, fundamentalist, theocratic equivalent of Iran.

ANON 3:55 & 4:27 - As I recall Palin was the vice presidential candidate. As such she would have had less influence on the country than Michelle Obama does.

Of course, the way her candidacy was (and still is) presented by the mainstream press, television, NPR, and Hollywood one can understand your confusion.

Don't worry, you wouldn't be acceptable.

Thank Science!"

Well Dean, a Vice President could become the President in a heart-beat, or rather a lack of one (if the President dies or is killed).

Unless you happen to be conservative, christian, pro-life or just plain offended by pornography displayed for all to see!

I hope you feminists are happy, you have taken women from being revered, respected, cared for and loved to being nothing more than a sexual object and a means to promote a political agenda.

That's some progress!

They should realize state obsenity laws could (should) be used by parents with children visiting the campus. It's both a crime and civil libility. Wonder if you can put a picture of a fetus, a baby, a little girl, a female doctor, grandmother holding a baby, with a caption "gift of life" in the same campus.
