Must not mutter
In Australia's federal parliament:
"TERRITORY politician Natasha Griggs surprised friend and foe alike by being kicked out of Federal Parliament. Deputy Speaker Anna Burke ordered her out after she twice interjected during a speech by Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
The exact words of her interjection are not recorded in Hansard, the official record of parliamentary proceedings. But Ms Burke told her: "If she thinks just muttering under her breath is not offensive, it is."
A CLP source also said Ms Griggs "muttered something under her breath". The source said her ejection was "a bit rough" because it was not recorded whether what she had said was "offensive".
