Obama flashes the race card

We read:
"Democratic presidential contender Barack Obama said on Friday he expects Republicans to highlight the fact that he is black as part of an effort to make voters afraid of him.

"It is going to be very difficult for Republicans to run on their stewardship of the economy or their outstanding foreign policy," Obama told a fundraiser in Jacksonville, Florida. "We know what kind of campaign they're going to run. They're going to try to make you afraid.

"They're going to try to make you afraid of me. He's young and inexperienced and he's got a funny name. And did I mention he's black?"

"We know the strategy because they've already shown their cards. Ultimately I think the American people recognize that old stuff hasn't moved us forward. That old stuff just divides us," he said.

There has been NO comment from the GOP about him being unfit because he is black. Nor will there be. You would never hear the end of it if they did so. So why is Obama making an obviously false statement? Because he is the one who wants to use race for his advantage -- by accusing anyone who does not support him of being a racist.

And As MacRanger says: "But all along it was Obama himself that said that race didn't matter, even while liberals called him "The Magic Negro" and wondered, "Is he black enough?" Yet all the race card playing has come from him and his minions since the race began."

It has been the plan of the Obama team to use the race card from day-1. What else do they have? As is typical of the Left, they will accuse their opponents of doing what they themselves are doing! And generally speaking, since the American people have become mindless and unable/unwilling to think for themselves, it works!

Come Jan, he will be "the most inexperienced, unqualified, and unknown person to ever occupy the White House"!

As Geraldine Ferraro said, the junior senator would not even be in the race if he wasn't black. Since he knows the Republicans aren't stupid enough to play the race card in a way he can call them on it, he plays the race card and says thats what they are going to do! Classic liberal rhetoric, build up a straw man and knock it down.

The only fear mongering here is from the Obama camp.

Obama's take on McCain: "He's a Republican, who has worked on government reform, who has actually worked outside his own party with his political rivals, he's old and crippled, and did I mention he's white?" (not an actual quote)

Obama and his stuff are playing the race card to make people question themselves as racists if they disagree with him. A known trick of revere psychology
