No tolerance for being Christian

We read:
"Tim Tebow has work to do if he’s going to win over New York sports fans. The new backup quarterback for the Jets was booed at Yankee Stadium on Sunday night when he was shown on the giant video board — even though he was wearing a Yankees cap.

Sitting in the third row next to the Los Angeles Angels dugout, Tebow cracked a smile and acknowledged the camera. There was a smattering of cheers, but most of the initial reactions were boos.

Tebow was acquired by the New York Jets from Denver in a much-hyped trade last month. He is expected to back up starter Mark Sanchez, even though Tebow rallied the Broncos to the NFL playoffs last season and became a polarizing sensation in the process.

This is NYC, the other Left coast. Christians and Conservatives are not welcomed. And Republicans? Well, they don't exist here. The city is ruled by Leftist, Jewish, Demoncrats, which is why the city has become a huge, international public toilet.

Hey Anon119, don't knock NYC. It is the home of our beloved Wall Street.

It is depressing that EVERYTHING, no matter how trivial, has to have a poitical component. For this I lame the left- most folks are content to live their lives and be left in peace, it is only the left that wants to be so damned controlling!

If he plays well and gets wins for the team, they'll cheer him. As it is he is still a foreign QB.

Shows how little this group of commentators knows about NYC... As a rule most Yankee fans are Giant fans, and most Jet fans are Mets fans. The fans were booing the Jets QB, any Jet would be booed in Yankee stadium. Stop making stupid generalizations of people.. isn't that what you are trying to get left wingers to stop doing in relationship to Christians?
