Silvio is at it again

The man is irrepressible. Definitely one of my top favorite politicians. The Mayor of London -- Boris Johnson -- and Sarah Palin are the other two. All three are good-humored people, unlike the sour whiners of the Left.

Report below from "The Guardian", Britain's major leftist newspaper
"Silvio Berlusconi has chosen to woo a youth rally with jokes about Adolf Hitler and his own sexual prowess.

He launched into a series of anecdotes and apparent jokes that promptly drew accusations of anti-Semitism and even mental instability from opposition politicians.

The former cruise ship entertainer told a joke in which Adolf Hitler is begged by his supporters to return to power after they discover he is still alive. After resisting, Hitler says: "I'll come back, but on one condition ... next time I'm going to be evil."

Fabio Evangelisti, a member of parliament for the opposition Italy of Values party, demanded Berlusconi apologise to Israel and the Italian Jewish community. The party's leader, Antonio Di Pietro, said: "At this point the problem is not political or judicial, but psychiatric."

Amusing how the "Guardian" loftily refers to Silvio as the "former cruise ship entertainer". That he is a savvy media mogul and billionaire is not mentioned. How they hate him!

There is a video at the link which is worth watching. It gives you the full version of his Hitler joke. It has subtitles in English.

He's a blatant demagogue just as was Hitler and his own predecessor, Mussolini.

It's not at all surprising to see Leftists attacking and demonizing Berlusconi, again. They always demonize that which they fear. The harder the attack, the greater the fear. It simply highlights one of their many weakness's. One of the reasons they dislike him, (and others such as Palin, Limbaugh, etc.) is because he's real, doesn't take himself all that seriously, and unlike Leftists, does not live his life according to the phony rules of political correctness.

Add to this the fact that with each passing day, the Left's ideology and view of how the world should be is failing and being rejected everywhere, if not by the people who suffer under this ideology, then by things the Left truly hates, logic, facts, and common sense. Perhaps the world is tired of being gullible and stupid.

Let me help those that don't get the joke. In the twisted sick mind that was Hitler he didn't think what he did was evil. Thus the humor and irony that makes you laugh unless you are a self inflated liberal then it is something to get mad about. It was a joke because Hitler IS dead and rotting in the hell you do not believe exists lefty so lighten up.

Get real - Berlusconi is either making a fool of himself or of his audience, or both!

Sarah Palin, et. al. are funny, of course. Palin's about as wacky as they come. It's wonderful that she isn't considered serious enough to be thought of as a real candidate for any political office,
