Once again: It's OK for blacks to be racist

We read:
"Can you imagine the uproar if a Republican uttered a racial slur such as this? All hell would break loose, the offender would be drummed out of office and left for dead in a smoldering pile, quivering and trembling, begging the NAACP and any other outraged group for forgiveness. But in this case, the offender is a vile, nasty NAACP honcho, a woman with a long track record of bigoted, incendiary comments, so it's OK, I guess.
A top civil rights leader called Democratic controller nominee John Liu "the little Asian boy" who's been "running around" with the NAACP for years, as Liu poked a bit of fun at his own heritage on Saturday.

Speaking before the Rev. Al Sharpton's birthday party, Hazel Dukes noted that Liu - elected the city's first Asian-American councilman in 2001 - was on hand for the festivities.

"I see John Liu here - he's been the little Asian boy running around with us a long time [in] the NAACP," Dukes, president of the NAACP New York State Conference, warmly said to laughter during Sharpton's weekly radio broadcast. "But Rev. [Sharpton], he was a good guy, so we said, 'Come on, come on, come on - we can make you what you want to be,'" Dukes continued to more chuckles and applause as Liu, 42, sat on the stage with a bemused smile.

The Taiwan-born, Queens-bred Liu, who came to the United States with his family at age 5, won the Sept. 15 primary and later defeated rival Councilman David Yassky (D-Brooklyn) in the Sept. 29 runoff. Liu enjoyed strong support from the Asian-American community and other ethnic minority voters.

This was a comment between a racist black (Dukes) and an ultra-liberal NYC bureaucrat, which is why no one is offended. The only people who should be truly offended are the people of NYC who have but one political party which rules them. But here in NYC, the vast majority of people (especially in Manhattan) would elect a parking meter if it had a liberal-Democrat sign hanging from it. It's one of the major reasons this city is crippled by incompetence and corruption.

Generally speaking, people are far too stupid to be trusted with the power of the vote.

Someone has impersonated me, I don't think people are too stupid to be trusted with the power of the vote.

I think people make mistakes and learn from them.

Furthermore, I voted for Bush and for McCain because Obama is a socialist and I can never support that.

I trust that you don't send your children to public school. I trust that you don't mind having sick uninsured children in your kid's classes. I trust that you do not use the post office. I trust that you will not use Medicare when the time arrives. I trust that you will not accept Social Security checks when they start arriving.

I trust that you don't send your children to public school.

You mean support the school system that is mandated by the government even though one wants to send their child elsewhere? The system where one cannot get money out of? That socialist system?

I trust that you don't mind having sick uninsured children in your kid's classes.

Of course this has nothing to do with the argument at hand, but don't let that bother you.

I trust that you do not use the post office.

The post office that we all are required to contribute to even though it does not compete on even terms with private enterprises? The same post office that by law has a monopoly on local delivery? The same post office that is, in fact run by the government and cannot be challenged by private enterprises? That socialistic post office?

I trust that you will not use Medicare when the time arrives.

Thank you for proving that unless you drink the koolaide, according to you, the person has no right to recoup or use the funds that they have poured into the system.

I trust that you will not accept Social Security checks when they start arriving.

You mean I don't have the right to get the money out of a system that I paid into it? That would be called "theft."

Bobby said...

"I trust that you don't send your children to public school."

---I don't have children, I believe they are an expense I cannot afford. If I had children they would go to public school unless I can afford a private boarding school. And unlike liberals who want the government to raise their children for them, I would teach my child my values at home to avoid indoctrination in school.

"I trust that you don't mind having sick uninsured children in your kid's classes."

---Did I create those kids? No. Should I mind? No. Churches and charities can take care of them, it's not my problem.

"I trust that you do not use the post office."

---How do you think I ship the books I sell on amazon.com? The mail fairy?

"I trust that you will not use Medicare when the time arrives. I trust that you will not accept Social Security checks when they start arriving."

---Why not? I paid for that so I deserve to use it once the time comes.

This is what is wrong with the country today.

These are all examples of what socialism has de;overed. So, either you are a hypocrite or just plain stupid.

I have no idea what "de;overed" means.

If you want to say that is what socialism puts forth, I agree in that most of the systems you listed are abject failures.

So you either are ignorant, or well... there isn't another choice for you.

Bobby said...

---No, the spirit of individualism and self-reliance is what distinguish this country from many others.

What you seem to be advocating is a collectivist state where everyone takes care of everyone by paying higher payroll taxes, value added taxes, death taxes, fat taxes, and a host of other measures designed for the so-called "betterment" of the collective vs. the needs of the individual.

Maybe you should move to San Francisco and enjoy the "free" health care homeless people get, the "free" needle distribution program for heroin addicts, the bike-only roads on certain dates, the "free" money homeless people get from the city... Unless of course, you have a job which means you'll be paying taxes to subsidize all those "free" things.

The problem with you conservatives is that you don't give a shit about anyone but yourself. Pathetic excuses for human beings.

No, we believe that we have a moral obligation to those in need. The difference is in how we fulfill that need.

Conservatives believe that giving and volunteerism is a personnel choice.

Liberals, on the other hand, believe in "giving" through the theft called "taxation."

Conservatives want to control their own money.

Liberals want to control everyone else's money.

Conservatives believe, like the Founding Fathers, that the government that takes the fruit of one's labors is an oppressive government. Liberals believe that the government that takes more and more is a good thing.

In other words, liberals support theft, class warfare, and have a bad case of envy against those who are more successful than they are. Instead of striving to be better themselves and their lives, liberals want to pull the rest of the people down to their level.

Conservatives celebrate excellence. Liberals demand and love mediocrity.

THAT is truly pathetic.

How's that working out for the uninsured?

Bobby said...

"How's that working out for the uninsured?"

----The uninsured often have access to public hospital, charities, Urgent Care, and other places where they can get what they need. For example, people with AIDS often have access to foundations that give them the medicines they need if they can't afford them.

Even illegal aliens can enter the emergency room of a hospital and get proper care, so what's your beef?

Frankly, I like our system. Today I went to see my dentist for two fillings, the waiting room was nice, the wait wasn't long, the dentist gave me nitrous oxide which cost and additional $45 but it was worth it since it calmed my nerves and I was done in one hour.

If I had been in England, I would have had to wait 6 months for my fillings and nitrous would have been denied since the government doesn't care about my individual needs.

QUOTABLE QUOTES

"The Presidency of the United States to Mr. Obama is nothing more than a stage so he, pre-ordained by destiny, can act as head of state for the world. He is much too busy enjoying the trappings of royalty, despite his oft-declared disdain for that class, to be bothered about the dismal long term future of the United States if the left wing policies of his government are enacted. It appears President Obama also believes as the world head of state he can, by sheer force of his will, charm and persuasion convince the most brutal of global adversaries to live in peace."
– Steve McCann, 'The American Thinker'

How's that working out for the uninsured?

The US ranks in the top 5 of all countries for outcome based health care.

I'd say that means the answer to your question is "pretty well."

Now the question I have is "what have you done to help improve the health care issue other than advocate stealing from the rest of the people in an unConstitutional scheme?

What have you done to make the situation better?

Anonymous said...

"What have you done to make the situation better?"

I pay my taxes.

Anonymous said...

I pay my taxes.

Thus illustrating the difference between conservatives and liberals.

Conservatives believe that it is the responsibility of people to help each other.

Liberals believe it is the job of the government.

Conservatives pay taxes as well. In other words, you are no different than those you claim are doing nothing.

Conservatives put their money where their mouth is, liberals put other people's money where their mouth is.

Compare the charitable giving records for the last Presidents and Vice Presidents. For example those of you on the left revile Dick Cheney but when you compare his charitable giving to that of your patron saint Al Gore it's easy to see which one is a true miser.

---Whatever, on some issues I'm very conservative, on others I'm very libertarian. Or do you think that all conservatives are created equal?

You know Pastor Rick Warren? He's very liberal when it comes to the environment but conservative when it comes to everything else. Does that mean you get to accuse him of being a liberal just because he doesn't follow the party line on one issue? Give me a break.

Bobby said...

"Bobby said, "It's not my problem.""

---Exactly, nothing is "my problem" and I am free to help or ignore the charities that seek my money. Or are you telling me that every month you donate 10% of your income to every single charity in the world? I doubt it yet many church-going conservatives do just that and the church uses that money to help the homeless among other duties.

Nope. Just stating the obvious.

Besides, what could be more important than guns, free speech and opposing big government? Anyone who hates gun control, supports free speech and opposes big government is a conservative in my eyes. But if there are other core issues you'd like to discuss, I'd like to hear them.

Anonymous said...

The fact that you only give lip service to "free speech" and "opposing big government."

You have a history of wanting to stop or regulate that with which you disagree.

Please review our previous conversations. When it was pointed out to you that you were against free speech, you repeated brought out the same tired excuse that you tried to bring out here - that just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean that you are a liberal.

You simply cannot or will not see what you put forth.

Actually democracy never guarantees freedom.
And socialism is a destructive form of ideology

The American people should go back to the Republic form of government. Not the watered down, denatured version of the Republic party.
Withdraw from the UN, and dismantle the Department of Homeland Security.
Limit the government, tell congress back down make the politicians work for the people for a change.
Eliminate the Democratic Party

Speaking of which, black people and Latinos are more likely to cheat on their spouses, their sweethearts.
A woman of colour will more likely beat another woman's child. Out of her narcissistic attitude.
Black men are more likely to kill, cheat and beat their spouses and sweethearts.
Black men and latinos are more likely treat their women like turd underneath the sole of the feet.
Black and latinos are more likely to infect their partners, sweethearts and spouses with sexually transmitted diseases, AIDS, viruses and so forth.
Heck I even list dozen more.

Whether you're a man or a woman

I would say this to you.
Be a man, don't act like a turd
Be a woman, don't act like a turd.

And get rid of the political correctness nonsense.
If you act like an animal public, there's no reason to treat you as a human being.

Killing someone doesn't make you a tough guy. it makes you a murderous pussy.
