Complaint prompts NJ school to apologize for having fried chicken on menu during Black History Month
Race-baiting has become a blood sport for leftists seeking imaginary victimhood.
The superintendent of the Hopewell Valley Central High School in Pennington, New Jersey, has apologized after someone complained that a lunch menu had offered fried chicken to celebrate Black History Month.
The menu also served other soul food staples such as corn bread and macaroni and cheese. It’s unclear who complained.
Superintendent Thomas A. Smith apologized in a memo, saying the school did not intend to reinforce racial stereotypes, NJ.com reported.

The professional victims are always on the watch for any imagined offense.
Screw Black History Month its just 28 days(29 in a leap year)where they lie spew h misinformation and low life little reptiles like Morris Dees and his leftists SPLC and bring a stupid lawsuit do that miserble little reptile Dees can line his bank account and pay his polo club dues
I don't think these are healthy choices for a school - but they are delicious choices.
Race is irrelevant if they taste good.
Wait - we want to call attention to the contributions of our black people to our culture, but NOT their culinary traditions, because that's stereotyping? What sort of cognitive dissonance do you have to suffer from to think this is logical?
Should've taken Black History Month off the menu permanently instead.
"Black History Month" is in itself racist as it highlights a race or races. A better term would be "African Heritage Month", as there's nothing objectionable about celebrating a cultural or regional heritage; and then there could be corresponding ones like "Irish Heritage Week" or "Chinese Heritage Week".
In Honor of Black History Month, Getcha own damn lunch!
