We read:
"Last week The Blaze reported on the alleged attack on free speech by Arleen Ocascio, the Houston-based director of the local Veteran’s Administration cemetery accused of censoring “God” and “Jesus.”
Since that initial report, calls for Ms. Ocascio’s dismissal or resignation have increased in volume and number. Yesterday, hundreds gathered at that same Houston cemetery to honor America’s war dead, while protesting the actions of the cemetery’s director.

I'm not sure i understand this. If i'm at a gravesite, honoring a fallen hero, NO ONE is going to tell me what i can or can't say! And NO ONE has the right (or authority) to interfer with me practicing my religion. Even the president can't do that. So why is everyone getting so upset with this minor, irrelevant bureaucrat? Yes, she should be fired (and sued) for her outrageous act, but why get upset? The better way is to make her upset.
If nothing else, it is simply raising awareness of this issue in particular, and the persecution of Christians in general.
Christians give at least as good as they get!
Really? Why don't you list your examples?
All you need to know about Government Bureaucracy:
* Lord's prayer: 66 words.
* Archimedes' Principle: 67 words.
* 10 Commandments: 179 words.
* Gettysburg address: 286 words.
* Declaration of Independence : 1,300 words.
* US Constitution with 27 Amendments : 7,818 words.
* US Government regulations on sale of cabbage: 26,911 words.
The principle is violating the 1st amendment?
Her principles may be fucked up. But they are still HER principles, just like yours, buddy boy.
She may have principles but that does not give her the moral high ground. She loses.

"She may have principles but that does not give her the moral high ground. "
Based upon what you think is moral. The religious right wing does not have a monopoly on morals.
Tid,
When all arguments are exhausted, revert to Hitler comparisons. Same tired old shit.
Tidford miss-spelled "principles" four times in one comment so I guess it wasn't just a typo and must be illiterate as well as ignorant of the Godwin fallacy.
Free speech i hope they win their case and make those humanists wackos appoligise
