Must not mention nooses
We read:
"With two American flags flying high above his property, 67-year old Ken Germana is a Navy veteran and is proud of his country. Even though Germana lives in a very remote part of Bonner County a sign he posted on the front of his property a few weeks ago is getting a lot of attention.
He says it's a simple political statement. Others say its hateful. The statement is a handmade sign along with a noose. "Free public hanging for Pelosi, Obama, Sharpton and Kerry," Germana said.
"I don't like them ... because they are Democrats and they're liberals and I'm neither," he said, adding that his statement has nothing to do with race.
The Bonner County Human Rights Task Force was willing to comment, and in a local newspaper called the display "hateful" and violating the doctrine of human rights.

What is the doctrine of human rights? When was it passed into law? I think that I must have missed it.
Doctrines are how we will be ruled under "The New Order". The left doesn't have time for laws which are based on fact. Doctrines are based on feelings, and to the left, feelings trump facts! Get used to it.
But it is just fun when you hang models of Palin and McCain in Wet Hollywood. More liberal free speech I suppose.
It's just unfortunate that symbols are commandeered by fringe groups spoiling it for the majority. The swastika, a sacred symbol to the Hindus claimed and tarnished by the Nazi party. The rainbow, the symbol of promise from God in the Old Testament snagged by the homosexual community. The noose, once a symbol of authority and consequence now taken as a symbol of racism.
Of course, the real problem boils down to the fact that "hate speech" has been globally accepted as an excuse to trump first amendment rights.
The left has finally learned the power of symbolism.
By taking a common symbol(or word) of any kind and attaching large scale propaganda of some 'special' group, they get the symbol itself banned and claim victory for the 'special' group.
More often than not, free speech takes a back seat.
