Female figurines must not look like females
We read:
"A FEMINIST group is up in arms over a new line of LEGOs they claim hypersexualises girls with its curvier female figures.
"They have little breasts and they have fancy hair. And it just disturbs us that this is the image that they want girls to see," the organisation's executive director, Dana Edell, told FOXNews.com.
Edell also objects to what she calls stereotyping of preferred pastimes for girls, since the set includes a hot tub, a splash pool, a beauty parlour, an outdoor bakery, as well as an inventor's workshop.
But Dr. Leonard Sax disagrees with Edell's protest, saying gender differences are natural and there is nothing wrong with the company offering what it sees as a girl-friendly version of the interlocking plastic building blocks loved by children since 1949.
"These particular women's groups are disconnected from reality in their desire to promote the idea that these gender differences are taught by the patriarchy or through socialization," said Sax, author of "Why Gender Matters: What Parents and Teachers Need to Know About the Emerging Science of Sex Differences".

The femeinutz are back again and even more nutty then ever
Would they prefer the toy figures to be fat and ugly, and wear thick flannel shirts and work boots? Perhaps if they resembled lesbians this group of anti-female losers would be happy?
It's taken a long time, but the so-called "feminist movement" has proved itself to be a complete failure. It failed because after years of brainshing, most women realized this movement was not really about the betterment of women, but the furtherance of a leftist political agenda started by a small group of radical lesbians seeking attention.
And now, as this story shows, what few of these hardcore Leftists remain, will attach themselves to any opportunity to get that attention. The truly sad part of this story is that, the toy maker has decided to cave-in to their irrational and baseless demands.

Groups like SPARK are the result of misguided tolerance and so-called "compassion" on the part of our weak and gullible society. It is why, generally speaking, people are so easily used and abused.
I think they are upset because the toy's hands are perfectly formed for giving hand jobs.
