You are REALLY privileged if you are a Leftist "comedian"

Go to this YouTube link and you will simply see:
"Stephen Colbert: Sarah Palin Is A F*cking Retard"

This video contains content from Viacom, who has decided to block it.

Such language would lose any conservative his job and ensure that he would never be heard from again. But don't expect Colbert to disappear any time soon.

My opinion of Obama is similar to what Colbert said of Palin but I know I can't take the risk of putting it into those words. Can I get away with calling Obama an "emptyhead"? Just barely, I think.

I wouldn't say that Obama is a "retard" or empty headed, or anything like that. Some of the smartest people in the world hold the same views. (But not all of them.) It's just that they don't match up with reality.

Colbert, and others of his ilk, has been using that "satire" scam to cover the fact that he's a Left-wing political activist, and everyone, especially his audience, knows it. Palin should sue him.

I'm still trying to figure out why you think Colbert is wrong. Have you heard her speak? She is fucking retarded. "Hopey/Changy" Who are you speaking to, a room full of Trigs?

Doesn't mean I wouldn't use her face for target practice, but I'd have to find some way to keep her mouth busy. (now that's funny)

Also, if you watched the clip, you may understand what he is talking about. But why attempt to understand what's going on when you can make snap decisions. It's so much easier than actually doing research.

And at what time has Colbert ever tried to "cover" the fact that he's left wing. He does the best O'Reilly impression ever and could only do it because he's on the other side of the aisle. You really show the highest level of ignorance and arrogance.

Palin is far from stupid, but she's far from being an intellect. Not that being an intellect is worth much these days!

I could care less how smart she is, but that she's smart enough to know which side of the fight to be on.

I don't think she's presidential material, but she's great at waking up the once silent majority.

Colbert is Colbert...I can't say I'm even a little bit surprised.

---What's wrong with that? It was funny, the reason Palin connects with the people is because she can talk like the average Joe. Great politicians don't always have to be "presidential," in fact, we like them when they speak in clear and simple language.

What I do wonder is why can't Comedy Central have a conservative/libertarian Colbert? Look at South Park, that show isn't ideologically-driven, they make fun of everyone and everything. Colbert and Stewart are boring because they only cater to the 33% of Americans who are liberal.

Anon 4:11, one of the reasons Palin is far more popular with the people than president Obummer or his congress, is because she's real, a quality those on the Left neither have nor understand. In fact, Leftists have a great fear of reality. Come Nov, it will be quite refreshing to see them all swept aside.

Words Obama can't say:

Massachusetts (ch is not pronounced 't')
Orion (long i)
Corpsman (the p and s are silent)

We all know he thinks there are 57 states.

And he also claims the Constitution was written 20 centuries ago (which is probably why he thinks we need to ignore it so much).

Did you know he also thinks that doctors don't treat diabetes "aggressively" so they can make more money cutting off feet?

And you have ANYTHING to say about some person who's not even in government anymore?

Smarter than You!

"real". I believe everyone is real. At least those of us that live and breathe. And what Palin does isn't speak to; she panders. She's one pat on the head away from being a kidnergarten teacher in a special needs school. This is the reason why I have been so dissatisfied with the republican party as a whole.

All Palin does is parrot some of the talking points from the mouth breathing crowd, gives a wink and a nod and hopes no one realizes that she doesn't have any specific ideas. "Lower taxes", "get government out of our lifes", "smaller government". It's all bullshit.

If she did then she would support causes that truly granted freedom like drug legalization, and abortion rights. If she believed in smaller government she would call for the dismantlig of institutions like the department of education and HUD. And for once I would like to hear what taxes she's going to cut, rather than say shed like to extend the Bush tax cuts. And the ideas she is espousing are so foreign to her she needs to write herself notes on her hand!!!

Instead she lectures people from a lectern in the hopes that if she keeps saying the same thing in different ways it may seem like she has thought about her positions.

And this is coming from a former Palin booster. I was very excited about her election in Alaska over Murkowski and thought she did a great job going after philistines in the party up there. But then I heard her speak on a national stage and it went downhill from there. I mean how can you ever hope to be a national candidate and not have at least a dozen or so supreme court decisions that you hate more than your mother (that may only be me).

It amazes me that anyone takes her seriously and makes me sad for this country that she's even an iota more popular than Ralph Nader.

And for record, as someone who cut his political ideology teeth listening to Rush back between 92 & 99, you people who don't like stewart or colbert haven't watched enough because these guys almost alwas put the joke ahead of the ideology. Are there times when they don't and that's when the show isn't funny, but for the most part they always go for the funny regardless of the ideology. Rush used to be funny in the same way, but then started to believe his own hype. I loved Rush back in the day, but now he reminds me of my old neighbor who used to think he was funny when he was making fun of the kids who were asking for their ball back. Just a humorless curmudgeon.

I think the Mark Levin show on Tuesday the 16th, when talking about Obama's special envoy to the OIC, mentioned the OIC was a group of 57 or 56 Islamic states. In that light, Obama's gaffe could easily be another hint that the American states are not the states whose interests he is looking out for...
