"Schools will not move to stop using words like mum and dad, or girlfriend and boyfriend, the New South Wales Education Department says, despite reports that public schools are under pressure to provide gay-friendly environments. Changes to terminology, such as using the word "partner" to cover heterosexual relationships, are being sought by gay lobbyists bent on reducing discrimination in a major anti-homophobia push in the state's schools, The Daily Telegraph reports.
But Department of Education and Training director-general Michael Coutts-Trotter says there is no move to stop using terms such as boyfriend, girlfriend, mum or dad in public school classrooms. Media reports that there are moves to stop using these terms are "simply wrong", Mr Coutts-Trotter said today. "Public schools do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, whether on the grounds of religion, race, disability, gender or sexual preference," he said. "Schools have to be sanctuaries for children; they must be free of any sort of discrimination, bullying or harassment. "However, this does not include imposing a new politically correct language in schools."

Banning the word daddy gets interesting! There is a pro-homo book called, "Jennifer has two daddies". So should this book be banned, because of the word Daddy?

How refreshing to see a public official with the sense and courage to stand up to the radical gays. If left up to them, (as here in the US) they would change our way of life, so as to make it appear that "everyone" is gay and that it's the only lifestyle one can choose! Obviously, they rely on the "there's protection in numbers" theory. If they can get us to believe there are more of them than actually are, they think they'll be more accepted. Actually, the opposite is true!
People don't like having other peoples opinions, lifestyles, religions, or politics, forced on them. Gays have been using this tactic for a long time, and seeing how much success they've had twisting American courts, they now feel they can do it anywhere. I applaud Austrailia!
Of course, Her-shel isn't going to like this!

I'm starting to find myself agreeing with Rules #1, 3, 5, and 7 from the Monty Python "Bruces" sketch more and more, the more I see these perverts trying to cram their perverted, mucked-up lifestyle down the throats of the rest of us - "NO POOFTERS!!!" We've already witnessed the horrors and been forced to go to war against one place where the perverts did succeed in getting similar aims implemented about 70 years ago. We don't need or want that destructive virus infecting and ruining any other societies. I think there's a reason we naturally feel ill picturing and imagining what the perverts are known to do.
