Veteran Sentenced For Desecrating Mexican Flag at UNM Campus:
"Last fall a student La Raza group flew the The Mexican Flag over the UNM campus for several days-- This symbolizes that a US territory has been taken over.
After complaining to campus officials who did nothing Air Force veteran Peter Lynch took the flag down and tore it up.
This week he was sentenced. US Air Force veteran Peter Lynch was found guilty and sentenced Tuesday for desecrating a Mexican Flag that was flying illegally over the University of New Mexico campus.
The flag belonged to the campus group "El Centro de la Raza" who accused Lynch of being a racist for taking down the flag.

Since "El Centro de la Raza" means "the Center of the Race", that they called Lynch a racist is about as hypocritical as you can get.
Lynch received a deferred six-month sentence on supervised probation. He also must perform 48 hours of community service, attend anger management, replace the flag and pay court and probation fees.
No doubt it was wrong to destroy someone else's property but he could have been ordered simply to replace it.

While it is true that California and a few other states here in the west were part of Mexico, this only happened because the Spanish conquered and defeated the Indians that were living here at the time. So the original owners of California was a bunch of Indian tribes. These tribes number over a hundred.
Just listen to any Mexican talking and the truth comes out. They are all speaking in Spanish, the language of the conquerors! They don’t speak in the native Indian tongues, they speak Spanish.
And in 1848, Mexico ceded ownership of this land to the U.S.A. Part of the agreement for the USA to get the land, was that America forgave an overdue loan that we gave Mexico for $3,250,000 and we also paid Mexico $15,000,000.
So if they want the land back, pay us back the $18,250,000, plus improvements and interest. The improvements shouldn’t cost more than $10 Trillion. So say about $12 Trillion for the whole thing, that would be the Honest way to do it. And then sale off whatever if didn’t want.
Then again they can run the Scam. Kill off the native Indian, and get ownership of the land that way, then sale the land. Then take it back and sale it again.

To add to the excellent previous contents the Mexicans coming north today are not the descendants of the inhabitants of the states they want to "reclaim" for Mexico. The residents stayed on the land when it became part of the US because it was their home and thus eventually became US citizens.

Hey i though that the courts already said that burning the USA flag was a protected form of free speech Maybe we shoulkd consiter burning those LA RAZA scumballs and use their flag as kideling
Maybe the next time La Raza tries flying a Mexican flag over a U.S. territory, the U.S. Army should respond in taking back the territory and capturing the hostiles...
