Must not Mention that Rape Occurs During Wars

That rape of women by troops is common during war is well-known but even an account of it by a first-hand observer is not allowed if the rapists are "ethnic" apparently. A book about wartime Korea in 1945 has just been removed from the curriculum by a Massachusetts school because it mentions that Korean troops perpetrated rape. The dear little kiddies of Massachusetts must be shielded from the harsh truths of life.

If the book had mentioned rape by American troops it would have been praised to the skies, of course. Details here.
