TN: Campus policy violated First Amendment
We read:
"All John McGlone wanted to do was share his Christian beliefs with students at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. One on one. Instead, he was asked to leave campus by police simply because he didn’t give the university notice two weeks ahead of time, and he didn’t disclose what he wanted to talk about.
Now McGlone has won a case before the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled Tennessee Tech’s policy was unreasonable and violated the First Amendment."

So the implication is that the rules and regs were applied in a prejudicial way just because he had a christian agenda?? Sounds a bit paranoid to me, and if it were islamic views and the same rules applied, that would be "a good thing" to most readers here (?).
Funny how leftists always see "paranoia" whenever someone they disagree with complains about being persecuted.
Also very troubling is how these left-wing, so-called, "centers of higher learning" knowingly violate the "clear" Constitutional rights of those they disagree with, then sit back and wait to be legally challenged before they reverse their actions.
If we actually had a functioning congress, they would take a very serious look at the federal grants many of these indoctrination camps receive. And end them.
This video clip is for those foolish enough to believe our election process is legitimate. The 2012 election will be "the most" corrupt and manipulated election in our history. Yes, even moreso than JFK's buying of the WH.

"Funny how" anyone Levy disagrees with is automatically called "leftist", why not knock yourself out and call them "communist" or, what-the-hell, "crypto-islamists"!!!
From their writings, it appears that someone on this thread is a right wing, gun-toting, jeebus loving, anti government skinhead.
