No realism allowed in Trayvon Martin case

We read:
"Few people don’t have a strong opinion about the night Trayvon Martin died, its preceding moments and the aftermath, and one Florida Fire Chief has suffered severe repercussions at work after a controversial post he pasted to a Facebook status update reflected negatively on his department.

Miami-Dade Fire Captain Brian Beckmann dropped two ranks back down to firefighter after the following Facebook status was posted to his timeline:

“I and my coworkers could rewrite the book on whether our urban youths are victims of racist profiling or products of their failed, (expletive), ignorant, pathetic, welfare dependent excuses for parents, but like [special prosecutor] Mrs. Corey, we speak only the truth. They’re just misunderstood little church going angels and the ghetto hoodie look doesn’t have anything to do with why people wonder if they’re about to get jacked by a thug.”

Wow, I was about to post this story in the comment section. Glad you are well enough to continue posting.

I actually think it's wise to self censor on the Trayvon story because the democrats are using an acquittal, which they secretly crave, to hedge against any votes Obama might have lost by endorsing gay marriage. All those votes he'll regain because of "America is so racist!" plus he'll gain some guilty white votes as well.

The Fire Captain should realize that ANYTHING posted on Facebook can and will be used against you by higher-ups. Nothing on Facebook or any other social media is private and to think otherwise will only get you into trouble.
That being said, I agree with his post.

I continue to be amazed, and amused, at how truly dumb people are to think what they post on these so-called "social media sites" will stay private. In fact, today, you have to be pretty dumb to think there's still any such thing as privacy. It seems most people gave up their privacy (whether they know it or not) for some attention, and the ability to make complete fools of themselves, something they are obviously very good at.

Doesn't sound like the FF thought his post would stay private, just that he thought he could express an honest opinion in public.

Such expression used to be a matter of course until recently, but narcissists hate to be embarrassed and at the moment have the upper hand, hence his demotion.

Here's my opinion on what happened:
Zimmerman is a dick who loves his neighborhood watch position... he encounters a young black teen dressed in "criminal dress"... he asks him what he's doing in the area.
Trayvon responds with some sort of "F you" comment. Zimmerman then grabs Trayvon with a refusal of that comment. Trayvon then proceeds to beat Zimmerman for touching him. At some point where Zimmerman is on the sidewalk getting his face pounded, he pulls out his handgun and shoots Trayvon in the chest. It makes sense to me.
It seems to have made sense to the local law enforcement authorities until various political entities forced an arrest & trial. The problem: like the Anthony case, the state over-extended the charges.
Had they gone for simple manslaughter, they might win. Going for a full murder charge, they have a near-guaranteed loss, coupled with a serious possibility of Rodney King style riots to follow the almost certain not guilty(to murder 2) verdict.
Of course, this might be a great excuse to declare martial law, as Florida descends even further down on the evolutionary chain...

Trayvon already got his justice, delivered by a Jewish Part Black Peruvian. They need to rename the Kel Tec PF 9 the Zimmerman 9mm. Bravo George. The more and more evidence that comes out abou this case the more George looks good and Trayvon is revealed as the thug he really was.

When all the smoke clears, and Mr. Zimmerman is found to be not guilty of any crime, and rightfully so, and he (hopefully) sues all the liars and professional race-pimps and agitators who got themselves involved, i wonder what the public will say about the MSM, which lied about the evidence, and manipulated the facts, simply to make Zimmerman look guilty. I also wonder how they will view that "special prosecutor" who was clearly put in place to hang Zimmerman.

And, not surprisingly, waiting in the wings to pounce is the totally racist DOJ with orders to "find something".

Perhaps i should also be wondering how the American people have quietly tolerated "their" DOJ to turn into an off-shoot of the racist and anti-White Black Panthers.

The prosecution's case smells about as good as Trayvon does.
