In those last two words, the woman whose body nurtured this child for nine months is stripped of humanity. The phrase is reminiscent of other terms popular in the global baby-production industry, such as suitcase, baby capsule, oven and incubator.
The detached language views women as disposable uteruses. This dismantling of motherhood denies the psychological and physiological bonds at the heart of pregnancy.

And that's how the Left works. The same holds true in how abortion is justified. Dehumanize, and it's easier to live with the atrocities you commit.
This is very typical for the elitist leftists of Commiewood, with many of them involved in the latest fad, going around the world buying kids. I guess people got bored collecting coins and stamps?
Perhaps if the writer considered using common English in her article she may garner more sympathy. In the army we used the acronym KISS as in 'Keep It Simple Stupid'. In order to reach your greatest audience use language that they can relate to.
In other words don't talk down to your audience but feminists can't help themselves. Oh, if only the world should be divested of frustrated leftist lesbians.
The correct word is "surrogate mother."
