Jewish symbols not allowed
We read:
"A Grafton woman is angry after being told to take down religious symbols. Marlene Tracy was told the decorations violated her apartment’s lease, but now she suspects discrimination. Tracy had a star of David and three small Israeli flags on the front door of her Grafton apartment.
But last Sunday, she got a note from management telling her to take it all down. The note said, “Please remove religious fixtures from the door.”
But why then, Tracy asks, do other doors in the complex have decorations? It didn't add up. I thought something is wrong,” Tracy said. 12 News found flower decorations, three welcome signs and a heart-shaped American flag that read, “God bless America” -- all hanging from other apartment complex doors.
“Why was I centered out if I was to remove what was on my door and everybody else has their things still there?” Tracy said. “I personally think there is some anti-Semitism. I do.”

Tracy now knows what Christians deal with almost every day, and ironically, usually because of complaints made by leftist jews.
wow, are you Christ, because that is some cross you're bearing buddy.
Regardless, it is still wrong. We are supposed to have freedom of religion here, but it is slowly being eroded away in favor of 'not offending' anyone. Last time I checked, there is no right to not be offended in the Constitution.
And isn't life good when you can stick their face in intolerance just because you feel that you've suffered it too? That's Christ-like, right?
"usually because of complaints made by leftist jews."
---You know, Muslims also blame everything on Jews. Perhaps you should consider Islam as a religion.
When did an Israeli flag become a religious symbol?
Everything is a religious symbol to jews, when it suits their purpose.
She should try putting up a cross and see if she is asked to take it down.
The story is incomplete, it doesn't say whether she checked with the other people who had decorations on their doors to see if they had also been told to remove them. Had everyone else been told to remove them then this is a non-story.
However the fact that she was told to remove the "religious" elements from her door indicates a bias against religion and if she was the only one then it's quite possible it's an anti Semitic bias.
It could be ordinary everyday thoughtlessness such as the manager trying to sell an empty apartment to someone who saw those decorations and used that as the reason they didn't want to rent so the manager told just her to remove the decorations without giving the matter any real thought.
In my condo you're not allowed to put anything on your doors, not even a floormat.

I would inquire about the "God Bless America", as it refers to God, but the rest have no religious bearing as far as they reported.
The religious element would be the star of David, she should ask about the Israeli flags, as that is not a religious symbol, but a national one. Read the agreements you sign when you move into a place. If it is not in the agreement, then she should complain. If she signed away her rights, there is little she can do. We give away a lot of our rights due to the fact we don't want to read-of course 30 pages of rules doesn't make things easier.
Bobby,
You put floormats on doors? Dude, they go on the floor. I thought maybe their name would give you a clue, you know, FLOORmat, but I guess not.
"You put floormats on doors? Dude, they go on the floor"
---No, I put them next to the door, and if I did it would have to be inside my apartment and not outside thanks to our HOA rules.
The Grafton woman is a victim, if you allow symbols on doors then you have to allow all symbols or none at all.
