Amazing what you can get away with if you are a pop star

We read:
"Controversial singer Morrissey has been accused of 'crude racism' after describing Chinese people as a 'subspecies' because of their treatment of animals.

The star, a well-known vegetarian and animal rights campaigner, said the treatment of Chinese circus animals was 'absolutely horrific'.

He told poet Simon Armitage in an interview in Guardian Weekend magazine: 'Did you see the thing on the news about their treatment of animals and animal welfare? 'Absolutely horrific. You can't help but feel that the Chinese are a subspecies.'

Last year the former Smiths front man, whose old band released an album entitled Meat Is Murder, quit the Coachella festival in California, complaining about the smell of meat cooking.

In a 2006 interview he said he supported 'the efforts of the Animal Rights Militia in England'.

He has long courted controversy and been accused of flirting with far-right views. In 1992 he was criticised after he appeared on stage wrapped in the Union flag. His song National Front Disco, released in the same year, contains the lines: 'You want the day to come sooner/When you've settled the score'.

In 2007 the singer, who now lives in Los Angeles, said immigration had changed the face of England but later denied being racist.

The intention of God was that humans care for His creation and act responsibly and respectfully towards it.
All societies have treated animals abominally; and so it was amusing to see recently the bull in Spain getting revenge on the onlookers, although sadly the poor creature was killed in the end for his "balls".

God also gave of the animals for us to eat, something the wackos (not all vegetarians, really only a few) don't like and refuse to accept.

Bobby said, "God created animals to SERVE US."

Please provide scientific evidence of this outrageous claim.

---Yes, and hunting involves a lot less cruelty than raising an animal in filth, in overcrowded conditions, and injecting it with all kinds of crap. Hunters finish their kills quickly, industrialized agri-business doesn't always.

---Wow, you sound like Hitler, you care more about the welfare of animals than those of humans.

Maybe it's because animals are smarter and of more value to the planet than most humans are. Also, Morrissey is not part of anything right-wing. He is a well-known EnviroNazi and anti-meat zealot. Of course, if you happen to ask him who makes his custom leather boots, he'll walk away from you.

Although I'm not sure Morrissey meant it this way I thought the same as Malcolm - why assume that the term sub-species is intended to be derogatory and not merely explanatory?

So, Bobby, if you tease a rattlesnake and get bitten, I must be like Hitler not to feel more sorry for you than the snake. Ditto the sadistic people who pay money to watch the tormenting of a bull, but get hurt when the bull jumps out of the ring.

Guys, c'mon. Don't you know that the brilliant Bobby is an expert on knowing exactly what Hitler thought about everything.

Of course Bobby thinks its wrong for high schoolers to quote Hitler, but he sure likes to make Hitler's views known to all.

Please tell me Bobby, what did Hitler think of retards like you?

Guys, there's this wonderful invention called Google where you type keywords like "Hitler" + "Animal Rights" and you get thousands of articles, like this one from Wikipidea.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_welfare_in_Nazi_Germany

So what does Hitler think of me? I don't know, what I do know is that:

"The laws and accusation of vivisection were often used as a pretext to prosecute Jewish scientists.[10] In 1940, a discussion was started within the administration about prohibiting pets, in order to conserve foodstuffs for human consumption. But personal interference by Hitler stopped this proposal. Ultimately a decree was published by the administration against pets, but it referred only to the pets in the possession of non-Aryan citizens.[23] On February 15, 1942, a decree was published prohibiting Jews from keeping pets[20]"

I also know that: In 1932, the Nazi party proposed a ban on vivisection. In early 1933, representatives of the Nazi party to the Prussian parliament held a meeting to enact this ban. On April 21, 1933, almost immediately after the Nazis came to power, the parliament started to pass laws for the regulation of animal slaughter.[7] On April 21, a law was passed on the slaughter of animals. On April 24, Order of the Prussian Ministry of the Interior was enacted regarding the slaughter of poikilotherms.[9] Nazi Germany was the first nation to ban vivisection.[10] A law imposing total ban on vivisection was enacted in August 16, 1933, by Hermann Göring as the prime minister of Prussia.[11] He announced to end the "unbearable torture and suffering in animal experiments" and told that those who "still think they can continue to treat animals as inanimate property" will be sent to concentration camps.[7] On August 28, 1933, Göring announced in a radio broadcast:[12]

An absolute and permanent ban on vivisection is not only a necessary law to protect animals and to show sympathy with their pain, but it is also a law for humanity itself.... I have therefore announced the immediate prohibition of vivisection and have made the practice a punishable offense in Prussia. Until such time as punishment is pronounced the culprit shall be lodged in a concentration camp.[12]

Lab animals giving the Nazi salute to Hermann Göring for his order to ban vivisection. Caricature from Kladderadatsch, a satirical journal, September 1933. Göring prohibited vivisection and said that those who "still think they can continue to treat animals as inanimate property" will be sent to concentration camps.[7]

Goering also banned commercial animal trapping, imposed severe restrictions on hunting, and regulated the shoeing of horses. He imposed regulations even on the boiling of lobsters and crabs. In one incident, he sent a fisherman to concentration camp[12] for cutting up a bait frog.[10]

Try it boys, it's called Google! Maybe you'll learn something.

I found this article on google about how Hitler and his nazis loved animals.

Here's a quote: "Goering also banned commercial animal trapping, imposed severe restrictions on hunting, and regulated the shoeing of horses. He imposed regulations even on the boiling of lobsters and crabs. In one incident, he sent a fisherman to concentration camp[12] for cutting up a bait frog.[10]"
