Democrats can get away with racism

Senator Joe Biden plugged his running mate yesterday on the campaign trail in North Carolina. He stressed the importance in electing someone who is black.
"Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden, campaigning in North Carolina where black votes could help swing the state to the Democrats, said today that electing a black person to the White House would be transformative.

Biden said the policies of running mate Barack Obama make his presidency even more urgent and declared this to be the most important election that any living person has seen in their lifetime. But he particularly singled out the meaning of electing someone who is black.

Can I say to vote McCain because he is white?

This is the "race free" election! That is, Barak Obama's "race" means he and his cohorts are free to say any outrageous thing they like, while any questions about Obama's experience, policies, or business associations are "racist!"

Maybe something to be said for a benign monarchy!

The silver lining is that if Obama wins, it can no longer be said that America is racist. No more special treatment is necessary, no "Affirmative Action" none of that is necessary any more!

Do you really think that if Obama wins Affirmative Action will go away. If anything I think every "victim" groupl in the world will have an advocate in the White House. They'll probably rename it the Black House to be more PC.

"Can I say to vote McCain because he is white?"

Nope. Absolutely not. Because that would be racist, at least according to the politically correct double-standard which prevents whites from enjoying the same freedoms of speech that blacks enjoy.

There are lots of black presidents in Afrcia and it doesn't seem to have helped them any. Stormeywaters

So Biden wants voters to cast their votes based on bigotry, to wit the color of his running mate's skin. What a stupid criterion for deciding something so important as a vote!

I was told Friday that I better vote for O-08 cause if McCain wins theres gonna be a war in the cities. I told these guys who I thought were great guys (until Friday) that this is pretty damned intimidating. Then they called me - yes me - a racist and they didn't even know I was going to vote for Obama. Guess what now I'm gonna change my voter registration to anything other than democrat and YES, I WILL vote for McCain!!!!! Let the war begin if theyre that stupid. I work at Wal-Mart in Detroit and yes I make mininum wage.

I won't change my voter registration to Republican, but I WILL vote for McCain/Palin.

Obama/Biden just come off as Dumb and Dumber. Biden just can't perform in public and I'd hate to see such a poor performance as president.

Then there's the contradictions. For example, how can Dumb and Dumber promise, repeat promise, universal health care in 4 years? Obama and Biden are taking in a lot of money not only from the insurance lobby, but also from the health care lobby. I'm not stupid. Obama and Biden will not stab them in the back. They'll stab us in the back instead.

I really like Palin because when she became governor of Alaska in 2006, she sold the state's private jet plane (and she's cute to boot). Now, that IS down to earth fiscal responsibility. Congress has just an 8% approval rating because these so-called representatives feel that they're en tilted to the top perks including the best free health care in the U.S., and FREE PRIVATE JET travel via the U.S. Air Force.

I don't like McCain much, but to get Palin in, I'll vote for him. Besides, there's no other real choice this year. We just can't seem to ever get a good presidential candidate anymore.

To Obama: Picking Joe Racist Biden was the stupidest thing you've done in the last two months.
