Jailed over a big ad

We read:
"Kayvan Setareh must be a terrible man; he was tossed into a Los Angeles jail last week. Held on $1 million bail. Did Setareh kill or kidnap someone? No. He put up a large movie ad on his building without a permit. Setareh finally got out of jail Monday; by agreeing to take down the eight-story ad, called a supergraphic, a judge lowered his bail to $100,000. This is the latest episode in the exploits of LA’s aesthetics police, sworn to protect the delicate sensitivities of Tinseltown.”

I can clearly see why the city would not want this kind of blight distracting tourists. People don't come here to see signs, they come to see the armies of illegal alien street gangs who actually control this town. If you're going to concentrate of fancy signs like this, you'll miss all the killings taking place on our streets. You may not even notice the constant AK47 gunfire going on around you. Forget the sign, or you'll miss one of our many driveby's!

BTW, don't forget to stop by one of our stores and pick-up Kevlar vests for the kiddies. They're on sale.

What law did he break that required a $1 million bail/bond? Over an advertisement on the side of a building? But they can't keep child predators in jail since that would violate their civil rights. What is going on out there?

Is this a city ordinance? If so, how can that be any more than a misdemeanor offense? And, if that's the case, you can hardly justify $1 million bail for a misdemeanor. Sounds like a load of BS to me.

Remember, it's Mexifornia, where the laws of reason do not apply.

How many Democrats in office at the State level?

I don't know and I don't care. Fact: The CEO of California is a Republican. If you can't deal with it, ________ is a viable option for you.

If you can't deal with it, ________ is a viable option for you.

Is one of those options "take a lesson in civics?" Or "take a lesson in Government?" Or "read the way a representative republic operates?"

If so, I hope you avail yourself of those choices.

Failing that, please visit eBay as I am sure you can bid on "a clue," as you are missing one.
