It sounds like Cloudflare has found that to be true.<br /><br />Government, on the other hand, is required by the Constitution to allow free speech. It is up to voters to ensure government agencies uphold First Amendment rights. That includes requiring law enforcement to stop Antifa as well as KKK /Nazi organizations when they use force or threats of force to silence opponents.<br /><br />As for California's proposed law, it seems ACLU would immediately challenge any proposed law that silences freedom of speech. If the proposed law is passed and signed into law, and someone is charged under it, there will almost certainly be a court challenge.<br /><br />Side note: under our system the populace at large gets the government they want, and sometimes sadly, they get just what they deserve.
