Must not see bad motives in Obama

We read:
"Arlington Mayor Russell Wiseman discovered the power of the Internet on Friday when comments he made on Facebook about President Obama generated both heated criticism and hearty support from coast to coast.

By afternoon, Wiseman had deleted his own Facebook account, but two new pages had been put up -- "Support Russell Wiseman" and "Tell Russell Wiseman To Respect Charlie Brown And Our President."

The firestorm started after the national media and bloggers picked up an article in The Commercial Appeal about Wiseman complaining that Obama purposefully scheduled his speech about the war in Afghanistan at the same time as the annual "Peanuts" Christmas television special.

In Wiseman's first Facebook post, he wrote "Ok, so, this is total crap, we sit the kids down to watch 'The Charlie Brown Christmas Special' and our muslim president is there, what a load.....try to convince me that wasn't done on purpose. Ask the man if he believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and he will give you a 10 minute disertation (sic) about it....when the answer should simply be 'yes'...."

In another post to his more than 1,600 Facebook friends, he also attacked the President, his supporters and Muslims, by saying "...you Obama people need to move to a muslim country...oh wait, that's America....pitiful."

The one politician who may not be criticized. You can say that a Christian gentleman like George Bush is a Nazi and people will smile indulgently but say that Obama (who was brought up as a Muslim in his early years) is a Muslim and Leftists start to foam and rage and shriek.

Jon, the reason Leftists foam at the mouth when hearing that is because, truth to Leftists is like sunlight to vampires. It exposes them.

As for the mayors comments, he has the same right to voice his opinion as those on the Left do, a fact that just kills them! As we all know, the Left's idea of free speech is only speech they agree with.

Aside from the constant whining from the Left, what i find truly amazing is how so many people put their private lives out there at places like facebook, then get upset (and in trouble) when it becomes public. DUH!

Standing up against our presidential error takes guts, I saw some of the comments people left, they called him dumb, they said he should go to Wal-Mart and buy that movie for $20.

Maybe liberals don't appreciate the value of $20, but people like the mayor do.

Although to be fair, I wouldn't accuse the president of hating Christmas, next week ABC is cancelling Desperate Housewives to show "Christmas with the Obama's."
Or as I like to call it, "Black Christmas."

It's obvious that our cult of personality needs more exposure, and ABC is all to happy to give it.

Either way, kudos to the mayor for expressing himself in a time of political correctness and censorship.

So, the mayor doesn't get any points for being correct? Not PC, but actually correct in his assessment. Obama is the worst president in my lifetime, and that started over 50 years ago. He's even worse than Jimmy Carter.

Hmm.. funny, but I agree with the guy that Obama picked that day because of the Charlie Brown Christmas special. I don't think he's off base for saying it.

I believe it also. Nothing these people do is by chance. They are not to be trusted. Stormewaters
