Must not mention that a crook is a big Democrat donor

We read:
"Very few media stories of the fraud perpetrated by former Nasdaq chairman Madoff mentions the heavy financial support that Madoff has donated to the Democrat Party. Campaign contributions by Madoff show many thousands of dollars going to Democrat candidates and causes. Including $100,000 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign, thousands to Charles Rangel (D, NY), Charles Schumer (D, NY), and $6,000 to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. Madoff also gave generously to Senator Frank Lautenberg (D, NJ) who runs a charitable foundation that invested with Madoff.

The Madoff fraud is said to be the biggest scam ever, with billions lost. Banks worldwide were caught. He stole from charities, 401(k)s, pension plans, retired people and some really vulnerable souls. Some charities lost their entire investments. More on the losers here.

Almost no one has mentioned that the disgraced governor of Illinois was a dem either.

If it's a republican, than it's "Republican Governer", "Republican Senator", "Republican Congressman", and etc, leading the story or in the headline. Everytime. If it's a democrat, then it almost never leads the story and is seldom in the headline. It's usually burried in the story someplace, but not always. And they wonder why newspapers are going broke.

"And they wonder why newspapers are going broke."

Stealing $50 billion and only donating a few hundred thousand to your political patrons?
hmm...

And you good folks are surprised at the biased media coverage? Where've ya been? Is this something new? If you think it's biased now, just watch the next four years, when they'll still be blaming Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, etc. for everything and anything that goes wrong. The only one who'll be safe is Juan McLoser, (a.k.a. John McCain) since they know he's really a liberal Democrat at heart.

As for this master crook. Where is he now, and have they seized all of his assets? My guess is, this guy doesn't have a pair of old shoes in his own name, so he stands to lose nothing but a few years of his time. Maybe.. You can also bet that his sons, (who are now "claiming" to be victims also) know where every cent is. They're jewish, remember.

surprised? no.

Where is the crook now? No doubt he's already fled the country using some funds he set aside for the purpose, a private jet bought and registered under a false name that didn't show up on any books, etc. etc.
On $50 billion dollars, a few tens of millions (which is all that's needed to live a rather comfortable life anywhere without ever having to work again) isn't going to get noticed as missing on a first scan (which is all that the courts will have been able to do before blocking the accounts), so it won't be missed until it's too late.

Birds of a feather flock together. And in this case, a fraudster criminal flocks together with other criminals prominent in the Democratic party.

And anyone reading this is SURPRISED in the least? Nah... business as usual for liberal dems. No ethics, no morals, no god except their sex parts. If it feels good, do it.

And yet, and as usual, we the people tolerate it all. What does that say about us?

Say what you will about Madoff, but he wouldn't have been able to pull this off without greedy people opening their door for him.

Very true mcnasty. There's no such thing as a person who has enough money,(and that's especially ture of the wealthy) which is why scams like this one always work!

And, $50 BILLION and he has nothing left? Puh-leeeeze! Only the corrupt, brain-dead govt. would buy that one!
